West Port by Van Wellen Group
Van Wellen Group Van Wellen Group purchased the West Port site in April 2021. The purchase was part of the further development of a strategic real estate portfolio in the Port of Antwerp.
After a thorough inventory, analysis and design phase, a permit application was submitted in February 2023 based on the developed master plan. At the same time, non-licence works were started. The permit itself was obtained in September 2023.
This challenging redevelopment is thus not only a strong addition to our group’s portfolio, but also illustrates the level of ambition and capabilities to realise complex projects.
